About our bakery
Baking Australia’s favourite gluten free bread since 2016.
The Well and Good Bakery is an industrial bakery that manufactures a wide range of delicious bread, burger buns, baguettes, cakes and more.
Our focus is on producing specialty baked goods that not only taste incredible, but also meet strict “free from” standards. We are endorsed by Coeliac Australia and carry a range of certifications including HACCP, Halal and Kosher.
Based in Mordialloc, our factory was custom built to produce gluten free baked goods that are also free from nuts, soy, egg, and dairy. All our range is vegan friendly.
We are a team of dedicated bakers lead by Sam Barak, an experienced bakery operator of over 30 years. Our team is experienced in working with large scale bakeries, QSRs, caterers, cafes, as well as retailers.
